Public Hearing on Proposed Licensing
As a follow-up of Public Consultation on the Proposed Licensing Guidelines for Call Center, BTRC is pleased to invite the general public and Call Center enthusiasts to attend a public hearing on the subject matter on 19th March 2008 where the proposed Licensing Guidelines, terms and conditions will be openly discussed. BTRC believes that the process will bring meaningful insights, pros and cons and help in formulating an appropriate policy to facilitate a thriving Call Center environment in Bangladesh.
To attend the public hearing, please note the following carefully:
- All interested participants must be registered by filling the form mentioned below. If there is any difficulty, a mail may also be forwarded instead, to the following addresses:

nizam@btrc.gov.bd - The last date for registration is 15th March 2008.
- The Public Hearing would commence at 1000 hours on the 19th of March 2008.
- Venue will be advertised in the major Newspapers on 17th and 18th of March 2008. It will also be posted in BTRC’s website.
